How can I place an order?

Placing an order is very easy! Visit our website at postpixcrafts.com and follow these steps:

-Choose your favorite product(s).
- If the product is not customizable, add it directly to your cart.
- For customizable products, click the "Upload" button to personalize your order.
- Upload photos from your computer or gallery.
- Once your photos are uploaded, the crop image page will open automatically, where you can edit your photos.
- If the product includes text customization, you can add text under each photo after cropping. (For Save the Date products, this field is required; for others, it’s optional.)
- Click the Add to Cart button to complete your order.
- Finally, click the Check Out button to proceed with payment. 😊

What should I do if my order is not confirmed?

If the quality of your photos is too low (e.g., below 500 pixels) or unsuitable for printing, we may not be able to process your order. In such cases, we will contact you via email or phone to resolve the issue. For further assistance, you can reach us at contact@postpixcrafts.com.

How can I track the status of my order?

You can check the status of your order using the tracking link sent to your email or by visiting the Order Tracking section in your profile.

What should I do if my order is incomplete?

If your package is missing any items, please email us at contact@postpixcrafts.com, and we will make sure to resolve the issue.

Can I change photos after placing my order?

We start processing your order immediately after it is placed. If your photos haven’t been printed yet, you can make changes. However, please note that the time for making changes is very limited.

Are the photos I upload stored in your system?

No, your photos are never stored. Once your order is delivered, your uploaded images are automatically deleted from our system.

SHIPPING

How long does it take for my order to be shipped?

Your order will be shipped within 2 business days at the latest. However, we usually ship it earlier! 😊

What should I do if my order hasn’t arrived?

First, check the status of your order using the tracking link sent to your email or by visiting the Orders section in your profile. Your package might be waiting at the nearest shipping office if it couldn’t be delivered to your address. Please note that packages are typically held for a maximum of 3 days. If you still can’t find any updates after these checks, please contact us at contact@postpixcrafts.com, and we’ll be happy to assist you.

RETURNS/CANCELLATIONS

What is your return/cancellation policy?

The return period is 14 business days from the date you receive your product. However, as stated in our distance selling agreement, personalized products are not eligible for returns or cancellations.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

No, you do not have to pay for return shipping. However, to initiate the return process, please contact us at contact@postpixcrafts.com. 😊

When will I receive my refund for a returned/cancelled product?

Refunds for returned products will be processed and reflected in your account within 2-8 business days, depending on your bank's refund policy. If the refund doesn’t appear within this timeframe, we recommend contacting your bank for further assistance.

PRODUCTS

What photo quality is required for the products I prepare?

Your photos should have a resolution of at least 500x500 pixels. Filters, low-light environments, and other factors may affect photo clarity. For the best results, we recommend selecting vibrant, unfiltered, and well-lit photos.

What should I do if there’s an issue with the product I received?

If you believe there’s an issue with your product, please send photos of the item along with your order number to contact@postpixcrafts.com. After reviewing the issue, if it’s our mistake, we’ll reproduce the product and send it to you free of charge.

I forgot to use my discount code. Can I apply it later?

Unfortunately, no. Discount codes can only be applied at the time of purchase.

How can I cancel my account?

If you no longer wish to use your account or want to close it, please email us at contact@postpixcrafts.com to request account cancellation.
